Just perfect for tiny radius work

Despite warnings of not running the small wheels past the yellow zone on the 48, I've gotten carried away and cooked the bearings. As such, thankfully 84 engineering rapid parts replacement service came to the rescue with the appropriate replacement.

Our contact wheels are now coated with 83 shore A polyurethane rubber to provide extreme wear resistance. Wheels are then ground perfectly flat to remove any surface variation

Premium bearings

We use only high quality Timken, FAG or Nachi bearings in our contact wheels, spaced with an internal crush tube for optimal bearing pre-load
