Disclaimer - before ordering this wheel for a Shop Master 2x72" grinder, please measure your tooling arm. The 4" Drive Wheel requires a 400mm long tooling arm (all newer Shop Masters are supplied with these as standard). Older Shop Master 72" grinders were supplied with 300mm tooling arms which will not work with this wheel. You can order a 400mm tooling arm HERE, or use a small wheel arm if you have one.
The 84 engineering buffing attachment converts your Shop Mate 2x48", Shop Master 2x72" or Gibson 2x72" belt grinder linisher into a high powered, variable speed buffing machine.
The attachment simply slots into the standard tooling arm using a 19mm spigot and uses a standard belt to spin the zinc-coated steel spindle.
All rotating components on the buffing attachment are turned from billet metal in a precision CNC lathe, ensuring perfect concentricity and balance. The drive wheel is covered by a powder-coated sheet metal guard to keep operator safe from belt whilst using the attachment.
This attachment utilises a standard buffing wheel spindle and will fit all bench-grinder style buffing/polishing wheels.
